Brief overview of PMS:

PMS was established in 1997 by Peter Baxter (Quality Director)

It has 4 Directors; Alison Cameron (Managing Director) and Peter Baxter (Quality Director) & (Majority shareholder) and a Company Secretary and silent Director(Also a director)

In addition there are two part-time QA Personnel, one focuses on GLP/ISO auditing, the other is a Document Controller/Archivist for clients.

We have an office based Systems Administrator, who manages our office.

  • We only carry out QA work.
  • We are totally independent.
  • We do not hold client/CRO shares.
  • We have no known conflicts of interest.

Our expertise:

We operate across the GxPs and ISO17025 – The company has experience across the regulatory environment, including IND/CTA preparation.

Our Clients:

We have a mix of small companies, large multinationals and analytical GLP/ISO17025 companies for whom we provide routine QA services or consultancy.

Our staff:

We only have QA and related staff (Document Controller, Administration, Archivist). Each client is allocated a Director and Project Manager.
